The United Nations Court has Given this reply to Pakistan

The International Court of Justice said that it has not received any evidence that can show that the Pakistani ad-hoc judge, Kulbhushan Jadhav, is unable or unwilling to discharge his duties in the case. Pakistan presented its arguments in ICJ on Tuesday. He cited the ad hoc Judge Taswad Hussain Jilani and asked him to postpone the matter. Jilani had a heart attack before the hearing.

Pakistan requested the appointment of someone else in place of the Aadhock judge. In relation to the appointment of Pakistan's Adhoc Judge, ICJ's top judge Abdulkavi Ahmed Yusuf said on Wednesday: "To overcome any kind of misunderstanding, we will assure the smooth functioning of these proceedings according to the principle of equality of both parties.

He said that once the Aadhock Judge is selected in the matter and there is no objection within the prescribed time limit, the appointment of that person as an ad hoc judge is sent by the court to the parties under Article 35 of the rules of the court. A letter has been confirmed.
