On one hand, campaigns like #MeToo are being run for the safety of women all over the world. On the other hand, the matter of increasing romance in the office can surprise you. According to the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) in America, 27 percent of people have confessed to romance in the office.
According to this SHRM report, of the 27% who accepted the romance of office, 20% said that they chose only those who worked for romance.
Another special thing that came out in this report is that every fourth person who has been romancing in the office has dated his boss. Only 52 percent of the people never thought of dating colleagues in the office.
This research has been done by SHRM in collaboration with the American speak Panel of the University of Chicago. A total of 696 American employees were involved in this research to collect data related to romance in the office.
