Pakistan terrorist present in the custody of Special Cell of Delhi Police, Mohd. Ashraf alias Ali Ahmed Noori was given a certificate of being a resident of Bihar by a Pradhan of Katihar, Bihar. It had told the Maulvi that he had a maternal grandmother in a village in Katihar and that he did not have a single document to get a voter card made. On this basis, Pradhan had written on his letterhead in the year 2012-13 that Mr. Ashraf hails from Bihar. The accused terrorist has revealed
An official of the Special Cell said that on the basis of this certificate, he got his identity card and voter card made by taking the electricity bill of the landlord at an address in Shastri Park in Delhi. In the year 2013, he got his passport made. With this passport, four to five foreign trips have been done by him. Earlier, the accused started handicraft work in the year 2010 at Turkmagan Gate.
In the year 2012, an artificial jewelry shop was opened in Turkman Gate itself. The accused terrorist has revealed during interrogation that he had learned sorcery in Narela in the year 2014. It was in Narela for a long time. After this, he started living in the disguise of Maulvi. He would enter people's homes in the guise of a cleric. By doing friendship, he used to get involved in making the youth of that house jihadis.
Five youths of western Uttar Pradesh

The special thing is that these people knew very well that Ashraf has come from Pakistan and his intention is to commit terrorist acts. They also used to give money to Ashraf in the name of promoting religion.
Delhi Police has traced a bank account of Ashraf. The police are currently investigating its details. It used to get money from Pakistan every month through union money transfer. It used to get 20 to 25 thousand every month. The rest 10 to 15 thousand used to make this work every month. In such a situation, he was living the life of Esoaram.
