On the other hand, the central agencies have given instructions that the things mentioned in the 'Blue Book' should be kept in mind while arranging for the security of PM Modi. The agencies have said that they have the latest information that terrorists of organizations like Jaish-e-Mohammed are in India and they want to target Modi at Ramlila Maidan. A large number of people and media are expected to gather in this rally.
Both the Special Protection Group and Delhi Police have the responsibility of protecting the Union ministers, including the Prime Minister, at Ramlila Maidan. Agencies have also said, "Chapter 10 of the Blue Book contains instructions on how to protect important politicians in a democracy." The agencies also said, 'The removal of Article 370 from Kashmir, the Citizenship Amendment Act and the decision on Ram Janmabhoomi are also a challenge for security. Received many threatening letters
The agencies said, "The threat given by Pakistan's terrorists cannot be ignored." In October, the NIA received a letter allegedly written by Lashkar. It threatened to target big leaders of India. Apart from this, a threatening letter was also received in September, which claimed that the letter was written by Shamshi Wani of Jaish. It said that the Prime Minister, Home Minister and National Security Advisor were his targets.
According to the input received in July, Al Qaeda-linked organization Ansar Gajawat-ul-Hind planted threatening posters in Jammu and Kashmir. Mujahideen terrorists wanted to attack in Ghaziabad, Lucknow and Old Delhi. In March 2019, the Ansarullah Bangla team suspect wrote on the Internet, 'The only wolf in the world is enough for jihad.'
