WhatsApp recently rolled out the video message feature. With the help of this feature, users can send short video messages. Through this feature of WhatsApp, users can record and send real time video up to 60 seconds. The company claims that these messages will also be end-to-end encrypted.
Users can access the video message feature by tapping on the audio message option. When the user taps once on the audio message option, then the option of video message will appear there, after which the video can be recorded and sent by holding the finger on that option.
The 'phone number privacy' feature is going to be available soon in WhatsApp. With this feature no one will be able to see your number in the WhatsApp group. At present, the company has made this feature available only for some beta users. Soon after testing, other users will also be able to use this feature.
According to the report of WABetaInfo, the 'Phone Number Privacy' feature has been rolled out for both the operating systems (Android and iOS). If you want to use this feature, then the latest beta update has to be installed. After the update, users will be shown a new option from the 'Phone number privacy' level in the community.
The 'Phone Number Privacy' feature helps users maintain privacy in the WhatsApp community by hiding their phone numbers. Reportedly, 'After enabling this feature, the users' phone number will be visible only to the community admin and those people who have their number saved in the contact list. Although, this privacy feature will be applicable only to the members of the group, the group admin's number will be visible to everyone.
