Samsung Galaxy S10 features

    • — In terms of design, the biggest noticeable change is that all three Galaxy S10 phones come with the new Infinity-O punch out displays. The displays on all three phones come with a small cutout on the top right corner for the selfie camera. The Galaxy S10e is the only one among the three to get a flat display, while the S10+ is the only one to get a wide cutout as it comes with dual selfie cameras.
    • — The Galaxy S10-series come with a new Dynamic AMOLED display that aims to offer deeper contrast and better dynamic range compared to past displays. The panel also manages a peak brightness of 1200 nits, which is a 13 percent bump over the Galaxy S9. Earlier this week, Display Mate ranked the Galaxy S10 as the best display smartphone yet thanks to its exceptional picture quality and color accuracy.
    • — The other big highlight is the new ultrasonic fingerprint sensor. So far, most brands have gone with optical fingerprint sensors, but the ultrasonic sensor is little more innovative as it uses sound waves to create a 3D map of your fingerprint sensor, which aims to offer better accuracy and security.
    • — The Galaxy S10 and S10+ boast of triple rear cameras to offer a variety of shooting options for consumers. The ultra wide-angle camera will capture more area in a frame, while the telephoto camera will help capture detailed zoomed shots.
  • — In addition to wireless charging support, the Galaxy S10 phones also support reverse wireless charging or Wireless Power Shares as Samsung calls it. This is a feature similar to the Huawei Mate 20 Pro, which essentially allows the user to use the Galaxy S10's back as a wireless charging pad for other devices that support wireless charging.
