It is noteworthy that Paytm started Paytm Banking in 2017. Now 43 million accounts have been opened according to the company's claim.
The specialty of Paytm Bank Debit Cards is that it gives customers the option of disabling it in a single click, to avoid fraud.
Paytm also gives debit cards and according to the company, so far 20 lakh physical debit cards have been issued. Paytm Payment Bank CEO Satish Kumar Gupta has said, "The purpose of bringing the new app is to separate its operations from the present app, because that app is for many group's customers. However, Paytm Payment Bank will continue to support its customers in the old app. That is, if the customers want, they can also use it and there will be both apps."
The new app of Paytm Payment Bank is currently available for Android users and if you wish, you can download it from Google Play Store. There is currently no information about when this app will be released for iOS users.
