In relation to Reliance Jio, it is being told that he is going to buy Mumbai-based Haptik for the largest artificial intelligence (AI) forums in the world for Rs.200 crores. The Ink 42 Dot Work Thursday's report has claimed that the transfer can be completed this week.

Quoting the company's document, the report claimed that the founder of Reliance Jio Seva Limited and Haptik, Ait Vaish and Swapan Rajdev have signed the business transfer agreement. When contacted, Haptik refused to give an official response to the report. At the same time, the Reliance Jiao spokesman said that the company does not comment on the speculation of the market.

Industry sources, however, said that the deal was not completed yet. If this news comes true then live in strong position in challenging the Indian market, with the huge spread of live, Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant, rapidly developing through devices connected with Smart Home Speakers and other Internet of Things (IOTs).

Earlier, Jio had acquired Saavn Music App in the music segment last year. After this, Jio has named this app a Jio Sawn App. Reliance Industries had bought Saavn in March 2018. The valuation of both apps was estimated at around 7,000 crores at the time. Jio is increasing rapidly in different sectors. The company has acquired a significant position in telecom sector after the entry in 2016.
