Xiaomi launched two Mi TVs and Mi Soundbar last week. On Tuesday, the two new Mi TVs including Mi LED TV 4X PRO 55-inch and Mi LED TV 4A PRO 43-inch went on sale and today, i.e, on Thursday, the Mi Soundbar is all set to go on sale in India for the first ever time. Interested customers will be able to grab the Mi Soundbar from Mi.com and Mi Home stores for Rs 4,999. The sale will kick off at 12 pm.
Xiaomi says that with the Mi Soundbar the company basically aims to complete the home audio experience for users. The Mi Soundar comes with eight drivers, including two 20mm dome tweeters for the highs, two 2.5-inch woofers for the mids and four passive radiators for the lows and enhanced bass. Xiaomi claims that "Mi Soundbar ensures no tune goes unheard."
The Soundbar comes with five connectivity options including Line-In, AUX, Optical, Bluetooth and S/PDIF. This makes the Mi Soundbar compatible with almost any TV, from CRT to LED. This otherwise means that the users need not have a Mi TV to connect the Mi Soundbar. The users will be able to connect the Soundbar to any of the existing TVs.
Not just that the Mi Soundbar comes with Bluetooth connection which means that it can be paired with any smartphone or Bluetooth-enabled smart device.
Besides the amazing sound that it produces, another highlight of the Mi Soundbar is that it is easy to set up. To set up the Mi Soundbar users will just need 30-seconds. "Setting up Mi Soundbar is a breeze, a far cry from the home audio solutions currently in the market," says Xiaomi.
As the as the overall design is concerned the Mi Soundbar has a stylishly designed in a bar shape with fabric mesh overlay. Talking about the design of the Mi Soundbar Xiaomi says, "With a clean design that has become the hallmark of Xiaomi products, Mi Soundbar blends into any room's decor effortlessly." Another good bit is that the Mi Soundbar is pretty lightweight, compact, and sports a very sturdy design.
