Blue Tick on Twitter: Twitter has started a subscription for Blue Tick in India today, which is called Twitter Blue Subscription.
Till now the subscription of Twitter Blue was being made available in select countries, but now Indian users can get this facility by paying Rs 900 every month.
The biggest thing in this is that whichever user will take a blue subscription from his verified phone number, a blue tick will automatically appear in his/her account. That is, now you will not have to face hassles to get this tick.
In a blog, Twitter said that after the US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, UK, Saudi Arabia, France, Germany, Italy, Portugal, Spain, Indonesia and Brazil, the Blue subscription service has now been started in India as well.
Both Android and iOS users can now buy Twitter Blue membership in India. Twitter Blue Subscription is also available in the web version, although at present this facility is not available in India.
However, if some reports are to be believed, the Blue subscription via web costs Rs 650 per month.
If users take the annual plan, the Twitter Blue membership costs Rs 6,800 per year, which is Rs 566.67 per month.
Let us tell you that Blue Tick will be available only to those Twitter users whose account is 90 days or more, for the new account it will have to wait for a few days.
To achieve this, you just have to go to your account and click on the left side of the profile picture. This service will be available after selecting the blue tick.
Twitter has said that existing users who already have Blue Tick will also have to take a Twitter Blue subscription.
However, till now the company has not given a timeline to the users whether they want to retain their Blue Tick or want it removed.
