Tablighi Jamaat case: Chargesheet Filed Against 83 Foreign Nationals, More than 900 People will be Tightened

According to police sources, in this episode, 20 chargesheets have been filed in South Delhi's Saket court accusing 83 foreign nationals, in which many serious charges have been leveled against them.

Significantly, a case has been registered against all these 950 foreign citizens under 14 Foreign Act, Disaster Management Act and Pandemic Act.  Senior Crime Branch officials say that these people had come to India on a tourist visa.  They knew that corona infection was widespread in many countries of the world.  Corona has been declared a global epidemic.  There is a strict prohibition from any government in India.  Despite this, these people came to India in violation of the government's directive.  This clearly shows that his intention was to spread corona infection in India.  Delhi Police will take the strongest action against them.
