Supreme Court  rules regarding the Rath Yatra are going on unabated.  That the state government is ready to conduct the rath yatra only in Puri without devotees. The Supreme Court on behalf of the state government states that considering the request of Gajapati Maharaj, the state government is ready to conduct the rath yatra in Puri without devotees.  If the Supreme Court allows, then the government is ready to organize the Rath Yatra in Puri without devotees.  After the Odisha government on the proposal of Gajapati Maharaj, now the central government has also given its support to carry out the Rath Yatra in Srikshetra Dham Puri without devotees.

It is worth mentioning that for the Rath Yatra, Gajapati Maharaj Divya Singhdev has proposed to the Government of Odisha that Rath Yatra can be organized in Puri without devotees.  This proposal of Gajapati Maharaj has first supported the Odisha Government and now the Central Government.
