Actress Gehana Vassisth has been making headlines ever since her name came up in a pornography case. This is the same case in which Raj Kundra was arrested. On Wednesday, the Supreme Court has given protection to Gehana in the same case, in which many arrests have been made so far. Along with this, she has been instructed to cooperate in the investigation related to the case.

Meanwhile, Gehana also posted a social media welcome message for Raj Kundra when he came out of jail and called him brave.

Gehana Vassisth remained in custody for 133 days

Gehana Vassisth's counsel Ajit Wagh told the bench that the prosecution had said that Gehana needs to be arrested as a porn racket was to be unearthed. He also said that the first FIR was based on a tip and Yasmin was caught. Gehana has been in custody for 133 days. Chargesheet has been filed in the first FIR. And the rest of the material is the same.

It is worth noting that a total of three FIRs have been registered against Gehana for creating porn content and uploading it on some OTT platforms. She has secured bail in two FIRs and the third FIR was registered by Mumbai Police in July.

Supreme Court ordered

During the hearing of the case, the Supreme Court decided that he should not be arrested for the third FIR. And should cooperate with the ongoing investigation and appear as and when required. The top court also stayed the Bombay High Court order which had rejected her anticipatory bail plea earlier this month.
