Sonia Gandhi has tried to impress Punjabi voters by making Subhash Chopra the chairman of Delhi Pradesh Congress Committee, then the bet is to bring back the voters of Purvanchal by making Kirti Azad in charge of the Delhi Assembly Election Campaign Committee.
