The troubles of Richa Dubey, wife of gangster Vikas Dubey, accused in Kanpur's Bikru case, have increased once again. A warrant has been issued against Richa Dubey on behalf of the Anti Robbery Court at Mati, Kanpur. The next hearing in the court will now be held on December 13.
After the hearing in the court, ADGC Ashish Tiwari said that the court, while issuing a bailable warrant, has fixed December 13 as the next date for hearing the case. During the hearing in the court, Richa Dubey was not present nor did she give any application letter. The matter was to be heard in the court of ADJ Anti Robbery Court Sudhakar Rai.
Let us tell you that Vikas Dubey's wife Richa Dubey did not get relief from the Supreme Court either. The court, while dismissing the petition filed against the arrest, directed her to surrender in the court within seven days. At the same time, neither any statement has come from Richa Dubey, nor has Dubey herself appeared in the court.
After the Bikru incident in Kanpur, the UP Police started investigating the matter. During this, the police got information that Richa Dubey, the wife of the main accused, uses the SIM card of her servant, after which the police team set up a case in this case.
It is worth noting that on the night of July 2, Vikas Dubey and his henchmen attacked the police team which went to raid in Bikru village of Kanpur. In a few minutes, all of them had escaped after killing eight policemen including CO Devendra Mishra. However, later many accused including Vikas Dubey were killed in the police encounter.
