There has been a stir in the administration due to the breaking of the Ring dam and predictions for the Mahula Garhwal dam have been initiated among them.

The impact of the river water is expected to be devastating if the Mahula Garhwal dam breaks out as there will be no bound to water after that.

No help from the government for the affected people

At the same time, the local people affected by the devastation are taking shelter in safer places. They allege that till now they have not received any help from the government and the administration officials are only making claims on paper instead of making necessary arrangements for the crowd.

In this matter, Sub-Collector Rajiv Ratan Singh said that all the villagers were evacuated in time and all have been shifted to safe places. The work of connecting the dam is in progress.
