In his resignation letter to the Governor, he wrote, “I served wholeheartedly as the Minister of Forest, Environment and Zoological Gardens in the cabinet. But I resign from the cabinet after being hurt by the gross neglectful attitude of the government to the backward, downtrodden, Dalits, farmers and unemployed youth, as well as with the reservation of the backward and downtrodden."

Big brother Shri Dara Singh Ji, you should reconsider your decision.

Earlier on Tuesday, even after the resignation of Swami Prasad Maurya, he had come to persuade him. Then he had tweeted, "I do not know for what reasons respected Swami Prasad Maurya has resigned, I appeal to him to sit and talk, hasty decisions often prove to be wrong."
