Police said that a 28-year-old girl resident of Uttarakhand has lodged a report. The victim said in the complaint that she was contacted through a mobile number by Daksh Kumar Gautam aka Raju Pandit, a resident of Officer Colony, Vaishali Nagar.
The accused lured the victim into getting a job in Jaipur with a good package. Hence, she came to Jaipur from Delhi with her friend in March 2022 for the job.
On coming to Jaipur, accused Raju Pandit took her and her friend to a flat in Mansarovar and held them, hostage. After keeping the girls as prisoners he then raped them and made obscene videos of them.
The accused forced her into prostitution by threatening to make the obscene video viral. On refusing, he would make the obscene video viral and threaten him with a pistol.
He furthermore threatened the girl that if she refused he would bring people and make them do wrong things with her.
On April 28, 2022, the accused Raju was jailed in a rape case. After going to jail, both the friends were sent back to their homes.
Even during his stay in jail, accused Raju called both the girls from different mobile numbers and got Rs 2.50 lakh transferred online by threatening to make the obscene video viral.
The victim alleged that after being released from jail, the accused threatened her that he had been released from jail and now the victim (both girls) has to give him Rs 10 lakh or do prostitution work with him else he will make the video viral.
The accused took Rs 50,000 by threatening him in July 2023. The victims were fed up with the threats they were receiving every day and hence another FIR was launched.
