Rajasthan: A case of rape by father with a 13-year-old minor daughter has come to light in Rajasthan's Baran. Police said that some people gang-raped the girl in the name of saving her from the brutality of her father. All the accused have been arrested by the police.
Police said that the girl's mother had died 5 years ago. After the death of the mother, the girl was living with her father. During this, the father made him a victim of his lust.
During this, the girl came in contact with a 29-year-old boy. The girl told the boy about her father's savagery. The boy assured her of saving her from her father and took with him, where the boy and his friend raped the girl.
Police said that based on the statement of the girl, a case has been registered under the Indian Penal Code for rape and under the POCSO Act. After registering the case, the police arrested the three accused including the father.
A similar case came to light from Jaipur where a father raped his minor daughter and threatened to kill her. The girl gave evidence of this to her mother after returning from her maternal house (Peehar).
Fearing her father, the girl ran away from home and lodged a complaint with the police.
One more similar case came to light from Udaipur where a 12-year-old minor daughter was raped by her father and her video was also made.
The mother of the minor daughter came to know about the incident from the phone of the girl's father.
Also in Dungarpur, a case of brutality by a father with his 9-year-old daughter came to the front. The father took his minor daughter to an isolated area where the girl was raped.
