What's the Whole Case About?

The Enforcement Directorate (ED) alleges that there has been corruption in formulating and implementing Delhi's liquor policy. ED has identified Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal as the main conspirator in this case.

Former Deputy CM Manish Sisodia and Sanjay Singh are currently in jail in the liquor policy case. According to the ED, the money received from Delhi's liquor policy has been used by the Aam Aadmi Party for Goa Assembly elections and other activities.
