Today, on Wednesday, January 26, Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel has made several announcements for the employees of the state. Now state employees will have to work only five days a week. Along with this, the government has increased the contribution of the Contributory Pension Scheme from 10 percent to 14 percent in the pension head.
According to a tweet by news agency ANI, the Chhattisgarh government has made several announcements on the occasion of Republic Day. In this, the working time of five days a week has been fixed for the government employees in the state. Along with this, the contribution under the Contributory Pension Scheme by the government in the pension head has been increased from 10 percent to 14 percent.
Apart from this, on the occasion of Republic Day, Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel has announced that special provisions will be made for the regularization of business activities conducted in residential areas. Women's safety cell will also be formed in each district.
Along with this, Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel announced for the farmers that from the Kharif year 2022-23, the purchase of pulse crops like moong, urad, tur etc. will also be done at MSP. At the same time, the Chief Minister's empowerment assistance scheme will be started for the daughters of labour families. Under this, a lump sum amount of 20-20 thousand rupees will be deposited in the bank accounts of two daughters.
Shaheed Gundadhur State Level Archery Academy will also be started to encourage archery in the state. Apart from this, 10 percent of land will also be reserved for entrepreneurship development among Other Backward Classes (OBCs).
