
Bihar Train Accident: In a sudden and unfortunate incident near Raghunathpur Railway Station in Bihar's Buxar district, the North-East Express train derailed, leading to a horrific accident.
Six train coaches veered off the tracks, resulting in the loss of four lives and injuries to more than 100 people.
Among the injured, the condition of 20 individuals is reported to be severe.
The train's guard, Vijay Kumar, provided an account of the accident. He mentioned that the train was running at a normal speed when he was seated, attending to some paperwork.
Suddenly, an emergency brake was applied, and the train began to shake gradually. Then, a significant jolt occurred, leaving him unconscious.
It is still unclear why the driver initiated the emergency brake. Further investigations will be conducted to determine the cause of this tragic incident.
The accident prompted a quick response from the surrounding community and a rescue team from the police. The injured individuals were swiftly transported to nearby hospitals for medical treatment.
