28 years old Prashant Gupta of Chandpur Industrial Estate is a Nazir for youngsters wandering in search of employment. He developed his own startup in 2016, leaving IT Software Company of Pune and then he made digital marketing a platform by keeping the digital world at the center.
He created a company under the name 'Motion Picture and Learns'. Starting with four laptops and a camera in a room with four youth, his journey continued. In four years, the company's annual turnover has reached around Rs 22 lakh, whereas now 16 youths have joined the company and they include graphics designer, video editor and photographer.
Prashant Gupta, elder son of Vijay Shankar Gupta, resident of Chandpur Industrial Estate, said that everyone spends a lot of time on mobile, this is what brought the idea of a startup in my mind. The company intends to tender for the promotion of showrooms and other institutions including schools.
Further he told, that the parents at first resented at his decision of leaving the job, but now after four years they all are happy, besides this he has made two web series and was had an important role in Uttar Pradesh Designer Week.
