The Cricket Board of India (BCCI) is being criticized before the start of the Test series between India and New Zealand. Actually, a circular of the diet chart of the players is going viral on social media. In this, the board had demanded halal meat for the players of the team. Since then the fans have been targeting BCCI.

BCCI Promotes Halal was trending on Twitter since morning. Meanwhile, a top BCCI official told that no such circular has been issued by the board. Whether the players want to eat veg or non-veg or whether to eat halal meat or not, it is their personal choice. The board has never issued any instruction on this.

Both teams have reached Kanpur

As soon as the fans came to know that the board has demanded Halal meat for the players, there was an uproar on social media. People started making all kinds of allegations against BCCI. However, now the board has made it clear that it has not made any such demand.

Controversy broke out after the food menu surfaced

According to the report, the board has released the food menu for the players of Team India. This includes an all-day counter, mini breakfast at the stadium, lunch, tea time snack and dinner at night. Pork and beef are excluded from this menu. At the same time, halal meat has been included in non-vegetarian dishes.
