In the second T20 International match in Indore as well Dube scored his highest individual score in the shortest format. Shivam was unbeaten on 63 runs and India also won that match by six wickets, which helped them to clinch the series by a margin of 2-0.
Now in Bengaluru, fireworks are again expected from this youngster in tomorrow’s encounter, which would help India to whitewash the Afghans.
Shivam Dube has scored the most number of runs in this series against Afghanistan. The all-rounder has smashed 123 runs from just 2 matches and 2 innings, which is also the most by any batter in this series currently. With that, Dube has also picked up 2 wickets in these two matches.
His all-round abilities and power striking might prove handy for India in the shortest format World Cup.
