Bhuvneshwar Kumar Ruled Out of ODI Series Due to Injury

The Indian cricket team has suffered a setback before the ODI series against West Indies. Fast bowler Bhuvneshwar Kumar has been ruled out of the series due to injury. Bhubaneswar got injured in the last match of the T20 series. The Board of Control for Cricket (BCCI) on Saturday gave official information about this. Mumbai pacer Shardul Thakur has been included in the squad in place of Bhuvi. Bhuvneshwar Kumar, who returned to Team India after a long time, is out of the team once again. In his place, the BCCI announced the inclusion of Shardul Thakur in the team.

On Saturday, the BCCI gave information about Bhuvi's injury and said that he is not fit for the moment. BCCI said, 'Bhuvneshwar Kumar was injured in the last T20 match of the series played in Mumbai against West Indies. During the match played at the Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai, he complained of pain on the right side of the waist. Medical examination has found that his hernia symptoms have resurfaced. Shardul has been included in the team for ODI series in place of Bhuvi.

Bhuvneshwar made a comeback in the T20 series against the West Indies. His performance was nothing special. 'Bhuvneshwar Kumar, who played three matches, took just 2 wickets.
