Apart from spinach, gram flour, groundnut, coriander leaves, green chilies, potatoes and onions are used to make it. You can serve this recipe as a starter or appetizer on the occasion of a kitty party, pot luck or game night.

Spinach Veg Kebab Ingredients:
Spinach 500 grams
Gram flour 150 grams
Groundnut 200 gms (grounded)
Coriander leaves half bunch
Green Chili 8
Salt to taste
Chaat Masala Powder 1 teaspoon
Garam Masala Powder 1 teaspoon
Boiled potatoes 3
Onion 3
Oil one and a half cup
Method of making spinach veg kebabs:
Step 1:
Wash the spinach thoroughly and put it in a blender to make a paste. And peel the boiled potatoes and mash them well.
Step 2:
Now add spinach paste, salt, coriander leaves, gram flour, peanuts, garam masala powder, chaat masala and finely chopped onion to the mashed potatoes and mix well.
Step 3:
Now make small kebabs from the prepared mixture and keep aside for about 20 minutes. Then place a frying pan on medium heat and heat it by adding oil.
Step 4:
When the oil is hot, fry the prepared kebabs from both sides well on low heat. Remove the prepared kebabs on absorbent paper and serve hot with a sauce or sauce of choice.
