Ingredients:
150 grams corn
20 grams yellow sweet potato
2 tablespoons chopped onion
Three quarters teaspoon ginger
1 spoon all-purpose flour
Salt to taste

Refined oil as required
20 grams Capsicum
20 grams paprika
Half a teaspoon green chili
Three fourth teaspoon garlic
Two and a half tablespoons maize flour
½ teaspoon white chili powder
½ teaspoon chili oil
½ teaspoon soy sauce
How to make Corn Chaat Recipe:
Step 1:
To make this tasty dish, first, boil the corn in hot water for some time and then keep it aside to cool. When corn comes to normal temperature, add all-purpose flour, corn flour, salt and white chili powder and mix well.
Step 2:
Now take a deep frying pan and heat a little refined oil in it on a medium flame. Fry the corns and then remove them on absorbent paper and allow them to absorb excess oil.
Step 3:
Take another pot and put a little oil in it, add chopped ginger, garlic, green chillies, onions, red, yellow and green capsicum and cook for a while. Now add crispy fried corn. Stir for 1-2 minutes and garnish as per your choice.
