Xiaomi has launched a premium edition of Redmi K20 Pro i.e. Exclusive Edition in China. In comparison to the regular Redmi K20 Pro, the Redmi K20 Pro Exclusive Edition has been given a new Qualcomm processor, more RAM and more storage. Along with this, the company has also launched the new color variant of the phone – 'Cool Black Mech Edition'. Its rear panel is inspired by the Black Shark 2 gaming phone.
Redmi K20 Pro Premium Edition has been launched in three variants. Here the base variant 8GB + 128GB is priced at CNY 2,699 (about Rs 27,000), 8GB + 512GB variant is priced at CNY 2,999 (about Rs 30,000) and 12GB + 512GB variant is priced at CNY 3,199 (about Rs 32,000).
This smartphone has been launched in five color options – Glacier Blue, Flame Red, Carbon Black, Water Honey and the new Cool Black Mac Edition. At the moment it is not clear whether this smartphone will be launched in other markets including India, or not.
Redmi K20 Pro Premium Edition specifications
As mentioned above, only the processor, RAM and storage have been upgraded in this premium edition phone. This phone has a 6.39-inch AMOLED Full-HD + (1080×2340 pixels) display with 19.5: 9 aspect. The K20 Pro Premium Edition has an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 Plus processor with up to 12GB of RAM and up to 512GB of storage.
For photography, triple camera setup has been given in the rear of this smartphone. It has 48MP Sony IMX586 primary sensor, 13MP wide-angle lens and 8 megapixel depth sensor. A 20MP pop-up selfie camera is provided here for selfie and video calls. Its battery is 4,000mAh and 27W fast charging is supported here.
