Sikh Community Protested from Jammu to Srinagar against the killing of Teachers

There is a lot of outrage among people against the murder of a female principal and a teacher in a school in Srinagar on Thursday. Against these killings, people of the Sikh community from Jammu to Srinagar came out on the streets and expressed their indignation against Pakistan.

In Srinagar, members of the Sikh community march with the body of the female principle, Supinder Kaur. During this, angry people said that they want people of all communities to condemn this incident. The people of the Sikh community demanded justice for the victim's family.

The displeasure of the people of the Sikh community was also seen in Jammu. Here people were seen shouting slogans of 'We want Justice'. The people involved in the rally blamed Pakistan for the terrorist incidents in Srinagar. A woman involved in the protest said that people from Pakistan to the Valley give statements on the death of Hurriyat leader Geelani, but everyone has kept silent on the killing of innocent people. Terrorists have to answer for this violence.

Questions raised on the silence of Human Rights Organizations

People questioned the silence of civil society and human rights organizations. People said that when terrorists are killed, these people cry for human rights in global forums but families are being killed here, but the leaders of the Valley are neither expressing condolences nor showing solidarity with the victims.

A solidarity march was organized in Srinagar on Friday in support of Principal Kaur. However, people marched with his body. Also, people said that they want people of all societies to condemn such incidents. The people of the Sikh community said that they want justice.

School principal, teacher shot dead on Thursday

Terrorists on Thursday shot dead school principal Supinder Kaur and teacher Deepak Chand at Srinagar's Sangam Idgah Boys Higher Secondary School. However, three terrorists entered this school around 10.30 am with pistols. According to the report, eyewitnesses said that the two were nabbed and brought out of the building and the terrorists shot both the principal and the teacher several times before leaving the premises. Deepak Chand died immediately after being shot while Kaur succumbed to her injuries on the way to the hospital.
