The Mumbai Crime Branch on Wednesday filed a 1467-page supplementary charge sheet. Containing the statements of 43 witnesses in a magistrate's court against Raj Kundra, who was arrested in a pornography case. This charge sheet is against 4 people including Raj Kundra, Ryan Thorpe, Yash Thakur, and Pradeep Bakshi.
The search is on for Yash Thakur alias Arvind Srivastava, brother-in-law of Raj Kundra, who has been declared a wanted accused in the pornography case. Of the four accused in the case, Raj Kundra and Ryan Thorpe have been arrested. While Yash Thakur and Pradeep Bakshi are not in the hands of the crime branch as they are out of the country in London and Singapore.
