Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) has made it clear that it is not possible to give No Objection Certificate (NOC) to all-rounder Shakib Al Hasan and fast bowler Mustafizur Rahman for the remaining 31 matches of IPL 2021. The BCB said that in view of the preparations for this year's T20 World Cup, its schedule will be busy, due to which it is difficult to give NOC to players to play in the IPL.
