The Sensex lost a total of 830 points in the first three trading days, while the Nifty lost about 245 points.

On Wednesday, on the third trading day of the week, the Sensex fell 208.43 points or 0.50 percent to close at 41,115.38 points, while the Nifty fell by 62.95 points to 12,106.90 points. Similarly, the Sensex fell by 205.10 points to 41,323.81 points on Tuesday and by 416.46 points on Monday to 41,528.91 points. If you talk about Nifty, it fell 54.70 points on Tuesday to 12,169.85 points. On Monday, it closed at 12,224.55 points, down by 127.80 points.

Stock on Wednesday

During the business, oil-gas, metal and power index have fallen the most. While ONGC shares fell by more than 5 percent, NTPC, Kotak Bank, Maruti, HDFC, Asian Paint, ICICI Bank, Axis Bank, IndusInd Bank, L&T, Bajaj Auto and PowerGrid also closed on the red mark. The leading stocks include Nestle, TCS, Infosys and HCL.

Meanwhile, the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) has issued a circular stating that the domestic stock market will remain open on February 1, 2020, ie on Saturday, on the budget day and it will be traded. Business hours will normally be from 9:15 am to 3:30 pm. The exchange's pre-open trade will take place between 9 am and 9:15 am. This will not be the first time that the domestic stock markets are going to be open on Saturday on the occasion of budget. Earlier, former Finance Minister Arun Jaitley presented the budget on Saturday, February 28, 2015 and the stock markets were open on that day.
