In view of the increasing case of Corona, Section 144 will come into force in the capital of Rajasthan, Jaipur from tonight. Under this, not more than 5 people will be allowed to gather in a group together. At the same time, rallies, processions, public meetings and public functions will be completely banned. However, this will not affect important activities like wedding ceremonies, funerals and examinations. After getting consultation with the Home Department on Friday, today the Collector has issued its orders.
According to the orders issued by the District Collector, the restrictions imposed in this section will not affect the exams in state permitted places like bus stand, railway station, hospital, state and public offices, election process, schools and colleges. However, not more than 5 people or more will be able to gather in markets, squares, parks etc.
100 guests will be allowed in the wedding
Even if Section 144 has been implemented in the district, it will not affect the relaxation given by the government in the marriage ceremony. According to the relaxation given by the government in the wedding ceremony, a maximum of 100 persons will be allowed who should follow Covid rules. Apart from this, 20 people will be allowed to attend the funeral.
CM Gehlot Instructed Private Hospitals to Increase the Number of Covid Beds
Corona cases are increasing rapidly in many states including Delhi, the country’s capital. Rajasthan is also one of these states. Here in the festive season, there has been a sharp increase in the cases of corona. Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot has spoken to representatives of private hospitals regarding the prevention of corona.
Appealing, he said that treatment should be given with full heart and indiscriminately. Let us tell you that the Chief Minister talked for about two and a half hours through video conferencing. He said that nodal officers have been deployed in the state to coordinate with private hospitals. For the treatment of Covid patients in the state, more than 12 thousand oxygen beds and 26 thousand oxygen cylinders are available.
12 thousand oxygen cylinders are required
Currently about 12 thousand cylinders are required. Private hospitals have been instructed to increase the number of Covid beds from 30 to 40 percent in view of the upcoming apprehensions.’
In view of the increasing cases of corona infection in Rajasthan, the Gehlot government has advised all the district magistrates to apply section -144 from November 21. Let us tell you that a notification is issued by the District Magistrate firstly, then section 144 is applied in any district. After the section becomes effective in that area, 4 or more people cannot gather in any area where section 144 is implemented.
