Ingredients:

Dosa batter 6 cups

Onion 2

Refined oil as required

Salt to taste

Black pepper as needed

Green Onion 2 tsp

Schezwan sauce 4 tablespoons

Garlic 4 teaspoon

Cabbage 2 cups

Beans 8

Green capsicum 2 medium size

Carrot 2

How to make Schezwan Dosa:

 Step 1:

First wash the carrots, capsicum, beans, green onions, and onions and chop them in slices. Now grate the garlic and cabbage.

 Step 2:

Now heat a pan and add oil to it. Put onion and garlic in the oil and fry it well on medium heat till the onion color changes. Now add sliced ​​beans, carrots, and grated cabbage and mix well. Allow all the vegetables to cook for a few minutes.

 Step 3:

Now add capsicum and salt to this mixture. Also, add Schezwan sauce and black pepper powder to the pan and mix all the ingredients well. When the vegetables are cooked well, turn off the gas and allow the mixture to cool.

 Step 4:

When making a dosa take a dosa griddle and keep it on low heat and add oil to it. Now put 2 spoons batter in the pan and spread it in the pan to make an oval shape.

 Step 5:

When the dosa starts to be crispy and golden from one side, turn it over and let it cook from the other side as well. When the dosa is cooked well from both sides, take it out in a plate.

 Step 6:

Now carefully place the Schezwan stuffing in the center of the dosa and fold the dosa. Make sure that the stuffing of the dosa does not come out. Your tasty Schezwan dosa is ready. Enjoy it with your favorite chutney.
