The Chief Justice said
I am taking the risk. You tell the elders that the Chief Justice wants the elders to go back. On this, the Attorney General said that people will take a stubborn stand in front of the committee. It will be said that the law should be withdrawn.
After this, the CJI said that we have faith in their understanding. We are not providing an alternative place for protest. Should we make any former CJI head of the committee? How will Justice Lodha’s name be? Dushyant Dave is right.
The CJI said would you ask them their consent? The solicitor said that we will also give suggestions. Give time till tomorrow The CJI said that we are closing today’s hearing. The Attorney General said that do not be hasty. The CJI responded to this – Do not lecture us on haste. We have given a lot of time.
