Supreme Court summoned IB Chief, Delhi Police Commissioner and CBI Director at 12.30 pm after the claim of lawyer fest, Bains, in connection with sexual exploitation of Chief Justice Ranjan Gogoi
The hearing of this case is being done by a three-member bench headed by Justice Arun Mishra. The bench said that this is not a test, we will only make a meeting with them. At the same time, Bains has submitted the report to the court on the claims of conspiracy to implicate CJI Ranjan Gogoi in the sexual harassment case.
