South Korean smartphone maker Samsung may launch another mid-budget range smartphone Galaxy A31 of its Galaxy A series in India next month. This smartphone has been launched in the global market only recently. Samsung launched the Galaxy A51 and Galaxy A71 in India this year. Many more smartphones of this series have been launched in the global market, but due to the Coronavirus lockdown, they have not been launched in India. However, due to the concessions being given by the government in the third and fourth phases of lockdown, smartphone makers have started launching their smartphones in India.
The Galaxy A31 can be offered with the MediaTek Helio P65 Octacore mid-range processor. The phone can come with 6GB RAM + 128GB storage option. It can be offered with the OneUI 2.0 operating system based on Android 10. To give power to the phone, a strong 5,000mAh battery can be given in it. The phone can be given 15W fast charging support and USB Type-C. For connectivity, features such as 4G VoLTE, dual SIM card support, WiFi calling, Bluetooth 5.0, NFC can be given.
Talking about the camera features of the phone, the quad rear camera set-up can be given in its back. The phone can be given a 48MP primary sensor with f / 2.0 aperture. The phone can be given an 8MP wide angle sensor with f / 2.2 aperture, 5MP depth sensor with f / 2.4 aperture and 5MP macro sensor with f / 2.4 aperture. For selfie, a 20MP camera can be given with f / 2.2 aperture. This smartphone can be launched in India in the price range of Rs 15,000 to Rs 20,000.
