Safety Store is a public private initiative to ensure a safe environment for consumers and store employees. Certification will ensure that consumers feel safe and reassured when they visit shops to purchase smartphones and other devices.

Samsung said last week that it had partnered with digital payment platform Beno. Under this, consumers will now be able to buy items from smartphones to electronics from their nearest store online.
