The hearing of Salman Khan black deer hunting and illegal weapons case has been postponed in the court of District and Sessions Court, Jodhpur. The hearing, in this case, was to be held today, but due to the promotion of the judge in the District and Sessions Court Jodhpur District Court, the seat of the Judge was vacant. Due to this, Salman Khan's advocate has presented the attendance apology. The court has accepted Hazari's apology, the next date of hearing, in this case, has been kept on 18 April.

Three appeals were to be heard in the District Court of Jodhpur and Sessions Court, Jodhpur District in the case of black deer and illegal weapons.

On 25 April 2018, he was sentenced to 5 years in prison after he was convicted in the Kankani black deer hunting case on behalf of Salman Khan. Salman Khan appealed against the decision of the sentencing from the CJM Rural Court. Apart from this, the government's appeal was presented in protest against the acquittal of Salman from the CJM Rural Court in the illegal arms case, to be heard on it. It is noteworthy that the appeal of Vishnoi society was to be heard in protest against the acquittal of other film stars in the Kankani black deer hunting case.

19 years ago in September 1998, Salman Khan was shooting for the film 'Hum Saath Saath Hain' in Jodhpur. Meanwhile, Salman Khan is accused of supporting actors Saif Ali Khan, Sonali Bendre, Tabu and Neelam in the film. Film stars hunt protected black deer. The hunting dates were stated to be 27 September, 28 September, 01 October and 02 October. Fellow actors were accused of abetting Salman for hunting. Salman Khan has been convicted by CJM Rural Court Jodhpur in Kankani deer hunting.

These cases were filed – four cases were registered against Salman in the victim case. Two different cases for the hunting of two chinkaras in Mathania and Bhavad. The same on hunting of black deer in Kankani, in which Jodhpur court has convicted Salman. Even after the license is over, to keep rifles of .32 and .22 bore. The fourth case was registered under the Arms Act. In this too, the court acquitted Salman Khan.
