Royal Enfield May Launch 250CC Bike of Lower Range!

The popular bike brand, Eicher Motors is coming up with new planning to evacuate itself from the recession in the auto sector. Royal Enfield is planning to launch a 250cc bike, which will help the Company to increase its market share and volume. Through this bike, the company wants its reach to as many people as possible. The company's sale has been affected for some time now, mainly due to the increase in the value of Royal Enfield's bikes by 8 to 10 percent.

Bike prices have increased due to the increase in the cost of BS 6 Norms, ABS and Insurance. The slowdown of the economy, the loss of auto sector and the value of between Rs 1.5 lakh and Rs. 1.5 lakh are the main concerns of the company. In the last 5 to 6 years, after two consecutive double digits increase, Royal Enfield's cell has been consistently declining in double digits for the last four months.

Under the leadership of new CEO Vinod Dasari, the company has decided to open 350 small outlets to reach more people. According to the report of Economic Times, the 250 cc bike is being studied by the Indian R & D Center. Simultaneously, Royal Enfield is considering offering customers the flexibility to bike itself from Royal Enfield's outlets.

Dasari told that after the Royal Enfield there are many Value and Premium Segment products, which customers can like. The company is also planning to launch a no-frills version of Royal Enfield. If a customer has to adapt the bike according to their liking, then he can buy no frills version, after which he can put accessories in the market according to his wishes.

If the experts believe that the brand's popularity and customer choice are still high, but they are not changing in sales. The price and feature of the bike are still becoming a bottleneck in its sales, on which the company should consider soon. When asked about a Future Product plan from a Spokesperson of the company, they refused to comment on it.
