Republic Day 2020: Twitter Introduces Special Emoji, Make Tweet with this Hashtag

On the occasion of Republic Day, Twitter has introduced a special Tri-Color India Gate emoji. Twitter users will be able to tweet in English, Hindi, Bengali, Urdu, Telugu, Tamil, Gujarati, Gurmukhi, Kannada, Malayalam and Marathi languages.

On the occasion of India's 71st Republic Day, Twitter has launched a special Tri-Color India Gate emoji. Republic Day will be celebrated with pomp across the country tomorrow i.e. January 26, 2020. India Gate can be seen painted in saffron, white and green color in the emoji issued. This emoji will be seen when users type hashtags like #RepublicDay, #RepublicDayIndia and # RDay71.

News agency IANS has informed Twitter India quoting that President Ramnath Kovind will also tweet with the new Republic Day emoji of Twitter during his name address to the nation on 25 January. For your information, let us know the official Twitter handle of @rashtrapatibhvn.

Twitter's Republic Day emoji has already been made available and will go live till January 30, 2020. Apart from English, this emoji will also appear when users tweet in ten other languages ​​including Hindi, Bengali, Urdu, Telugu, Tamil, Gujarati, Gurmukhi, Kannada, Malayalam and Marathi. For example, users can type # Republic Republic Day in Hindi. This will lead to Twitter's Republic Day emoji appearing in his tweet.

This is not the first time that Republic Day emoji is being seen on Twitter in India. For the first time in 2016, Republic Day emoji of Twitter came live on 25 January. It was then seen by users typing the hashtag #RepublicDay. Let us tell you that like every year, Republic Day Parade will be organized at Rajpath in Delhi this year. It will start at 10am.
