PM Modi said that the construction of this magnificent statue is made from iron found from farmers across the country. It is a symbol of our unity. A year ago, this World's highest statue was dedicated to the country. Today this is the message for the whole world. Unity is our sacrament and the biggest support of our future dreams. Today, to realize the same, Run for Unity has been organized in the whole country, in which everyone has participated extensively. PM Modi said that the British wanted India to go down further after independence. But on the other hand, Sardar Patel defeated all the divisive powers and organized the whole region under the Union of India. He said that there were many talks about democracy after independence, but the citizens of Jammu and Kashmir did not get the rights. After the removal of Article 370, Now there will be development. New roads and hospitals will be built. PM Modi said that many excuses were made in the name of Article 370. PM Modi said that the decision to remove Article 370 is not to draw a streak on the ground but to build a strong foundation of trust. PM Modi said that we will give a befitting reply to those who break the Unity of the country.

PM Modi said, there are different countries, languages, colors and forms in the whole world, they went on to join each other to create each country. There was a good effort to create uniformity. History will continue to evaluate itself, but the identity of India is different. Its identity is unity in diversity. There is never a contradiction in our diversity.

PM Modi said, when we join the traditions of different states, the sense of Indianness increases. The Prime Minister said that we have to celebrate every moment of diversity. This power will not be found in any other country. Shankaracharya descended from the south established monasteries in the Himalayas,  Vivekananda, born in Bengal,  got knowledge in the south. Guru Govind Singh ji, born in Bihar, established the Khalsa religion in Punjab. Along with this, he also mentioned Mahatma Gandhi born in Gujarat. PM Modi said that this has been a tradition of unity for thousands of years.
