By the way, it is wrong to always harass the partner, but according to the study, it will be beneficial for both of you to disturb the person you love. But all this should be done in a very light way. For example, if your partner is singing and his lyrics are wrong, then you can laugh at him by mocking him. This kind of fun-joke will strengthen your relationship.

Research has found that couples who keep on messing with each other and joking around are happier than others and their relationship is stronger. This is because the partners can see each other's gestures while teasing. This deepens their love for the partner.

This research was done by researchers from the Appalachian State University of America. Explaining the research, psychiatrist Christine Alvin said that there are many ways to tease a partner but this should be natural.

Christine Alvin said it is best for any relationship to have fun with a partner. It is not necessary that you keep teasing them every day, but keep joking in different ways every day. Laughing together reduces the stress of both. Christine also clarified that instead of laughing at each other, it means to laugh with each other.
