Eastern Railway has designated an orthopedic hospital at Howrah Division for treatment of covid-19 patients. Advertisement has been issued by Eastern Railway for recruitment of contract medical practitioners (GDMO / Specialist / Super Specialist) and Nursing Superintendent (Staff Nurse) in a total 50 posts to look after the victims of the epidemic in this hospital. These posts will be interviewed by Eastern Railway through WhatsApp or telephone, the date of June 2, 2020 has been set. Whereas, the candidates desirous of applying for the Nursing Superintendent (Staff Nurse) posts should have passed GNM / BSC / MSc Nursing from a recognized institution and should be a registered practitioner as a nurse and midwife. The minimum age limit for this post has been fixed at 20 years and maximum 40 years.
