Realme Buds Wireless: Great Product with Good Quality Sound

Nowadays the demand for wireless headphones has increased a lot, but it is very difficult to find a good product within 2 thousand rupees. That is to say, Wireless headphones that are good are worth more than 2 thousand rupees. Meanwhile, Realme recently launched its newband patterned Realme Buds Wireless headphones. The company has priced it at Rs 1799. We have reviewed this device. Let us know whether this product was successful in creating a new benchmark within 2 thousand rupees.

Build Quality & Design:

This is a neckband patterned headphone. Its neckband is quite flexible. Here the modules in the end points are of metal. At the same time the earbuds are connected by a short rubber cable. The earbuds are plastic and eartips and wingtips are quite adjustable. Overall build quality is very good and the earbuds grip is much better in the ears. Due to the soft silicone eartips, there is no problem in using it for a long time.

This headphone is designed in yellow and black color tone and it looks quite good. It is very lightweight. Its weight is only 30 grams. Talking about Button control, Volume rockers, and Multi buttons have been given in the metal module on the right side. Google Assistant can also be activated with multi buttons. Also, a charging port is also provided on the back side in this module. It does not have a power button, instead the company has given a magnet switch in the back of the earbuds. The earbuds are turned on as soon as these magnets separate. In the same way, they go off as soon as they join. These magnets are not effective to a great extent because many times the poses from listening to songs for a while, then the magnets become attached and then you have to wait to connect again to the smartphone or any other device. Similarly, due to lack of proper power button, if the magnets are detached after placing the headphones in the bag or somewhere else, then they are auto connected and the audio of your device is shifted to the headphones.

Let us tell you that 11.2mm drivers have been given in it. Also, Bluetooth 5.0 and SBC and AAC codecs are also supported here. The special thing is that it has been tuned by the popular DJ Alan Walker. Talking about audio performance, we have used this headphones with many genres like classical, psychedelic rock, jazz, rock, dubstep, EDM, BDM, metal, trance and folk. According to the price segment, audio performance is much better across genres. But talking about true audio quality, the sound is not balanced. High and Mids notes are clear. But the base and sub-base do not have punch and crisp. However the surround is better and does not leak sound either. Similarly, there is a lot of clarity in full sound.

Talking about the microphone on the other hand, its performance is slightly mixed. That is, sometimes the matter is in a very crystal manner, sometimes there are some problems in connectivity even in the perfect network. Talking about the battery, the company claims that it can be run for 12 hours on a single charge. The company's claim here is largely correct. We have run it for about 9 hours. It takes more than 2 hours to fully charge it.

Overall Review:

This new headband patterned Realme headphone is very lightweight and good looking. Along with this, good build quality is also available here along with good audio quality. Only magnets can get a little worried about the switch and calling performance. It is a best option in the form of wireless headphones within the remaining 2 thousand rupees.
