Women's are the backbone of society and today is one of the special occasions for women.

Women are empowered #BalanceforBetter is the theme for this year. The 2019 initiative is aimed at gender equality, a greater awareness of discrimination and a celebration of women's achievements. That includes the global pay gap which was too be reduced between men and women for the betterment of the society and making sure that all are treated equal – and then balanced – in activist movements, boardrooms and beyond the rooms.

Today is International Women's Day which is lionized across the world on March 8. Today is the day of achievement, reflection and a triumph of gender uniformity in all the parade of her life. There is no days to celebrate for women each day is special for them but International Women's Day has been lionized since the early 1900s and since then growing from strength to strength by every year. To praise the women who are prestigious in your lives – your mother, sister, wife, daughter, relative, friend or colleague etc.

While women should be respected, celebrated and honoured every single day in the life and today 's day is one special day to appreciate, respect every single woman present in your life whether she is known or unknown and also celebrate their achievements.

The challenge for this year is to make the women of past proud, the women of current inspired, and the women of the future envisioned. Women have made great strides in equality yet there is still a great deal and many more things to be achieved. The International Women's Day will provide a unique and global opportunity to reignite, inspire and channel women's equality of the past in the present and for the future.

The women of the Past: Those who stood up for innovation and done some kind of change in society and fought for the rights that we live and enjoy today salute them.

The women of the Present: Those who are in this phase today and those women across the world who use their voice to help others and to make our world a better place for women salute them.

The women of the Future: Those who will continue the generation of the women to be in the society and to champion the women's voices, to break barriers and keep visible women's achievements and plights salute them.

The legacy of women won't have any breakage and bumps the race of the achievement is on the peak not in some part but in each and every part of the society whether in politics, in defense, in sports etc the creators and the nurse who cares for us.

Sports is one of the fields where we can show the strength of our self, our anger must create some history but as we all know if there are advantages and on the contrary part we have disadvantages too. Now the Indian women taking the athletics and sports on the height where no one can stop them, with all the determination and inspiring passion.

Below we have few names which create history in sports each in their own way and broke down each and every barrier that comes in the race they aren't afraid with anything they grab the difficulties and bought pride moment for India and also inspire the whole nation across the globe.

Bachendri Pal

Indian women who made history, being the first ever Indian mountaineer, in 1984 and became the first Indian woman to reach the summit of Mount Everest. She is awarded the third highest civilian award Padma Bhushan by Government of India in 2019.

Bachendri Pal continued to be active after ascending the highest peak in the world.

This Courageous Woman, who came from a very small village of Nakuri in Gharwal, has received numerous awards and recognitions throughout her mountaineering carrier. She has gone to many stations on a train to empower and motivate many women throughout her life.

PT Usha

She is the one who is known as the Queen of the Indian Track. Belongs to a very small village of Payyoli, Kozhikode District, Kerala. She is one of the India's greatest Athletes. She has been associated with Indian athletics since 1979. She is often called the "queen of Indian track and field".

Represented India in 4 x 100 metres relay together with Rachita Mistry, E. B. Shyla, and Saraswati Saha at the 1998 Asian Championships in Athletics where her team won the gold medal on way to setting the current national record of 44.43 s.

She wins countless medal and wards and was named as the best sportsperson of the century and sports woman of the Millennium by the Indian Olympic Association.

She achieved a lot in the field she want to and done with the great ease.

Saina Nehwal

She is the Youngest India professional badminton single player currently ranked number 6 in the world by the Badminton World Federation. Saina also paved the way for many first in the world of badminton for India, including many award and achievements.

Although she reached the world's 2nd in the 2009, it was only in 2015 that she was able to attain the world no. 1 ranking, thereby becoming the only female player from India. Nehwal has achieved several milestones in badminton for India.

Saina is already on top on their own way and create an amazing feat on its own and it looks like shes is not going to stop there for a long time. She is the first Indian badminton player to have won an Olympic medal, along with being the only Indian to have won the BWF World Junior Championships or to have reached to the final of the BWF World Championships.

Mary Kom

Mary Kom is an Indian Olympic boxer who was started her career to help her family from Manipur. She is the only woman to become World Amateur Boxing champion for a record six times, and the only woman boxer to have won a medal in each one of the seven world championships.

She began her boxing career in 2000 she was a very quick learner and god gifted her a natural gift for boxing. She had also been ranked as No. 1 AIBA World Women's Ranking Light Flyweight category.

Mary Kom set a new standard in amateur boxing without ever competing in professional boxing. In 2015, Kom became the first amateur to surpass several professional athletes in India in earnings, endorsements and awards. She is the first amateur athlete to win the Padma Bhushan.

After all women is the only one who belongs top each and every part of the society and help the society and we salute to the real architects of society. Women are the part who have to feel special every day, it's our day.
