Ingredients for Rava Idli Recipe:
1 cup semolina
4 tsp mustard
1 tsp chana dal
10 cashew nuts
5 finely chopped green chilies
½ cup yogurt
6 curry leaves
1 tsp urad dal
1 pinch of salt
How to make rava idli recipe:
Step 1:
To make this dish, put a little oil in a frying pan and keep it on medium flame. Add mustard, curry leaves, cashews and green chillies and fry for a minute.
Step 2:
After this, add semolina and fry till it becomes golden. Remove the pan from the fire and keep it to cool. Then add curd and salt to it. Mix well and keep aside for 20-30 minutes. Then add some water and mix again. Grease an idli plate and pour a spoonful of batter on it. Cook with steam for 5-6 minutes. Serve hot with coconut chutney and sambar.
