Ingredients:

1 cup semolina (Rava)

1 tablespoon sugar

1 tablespoon refined oil

1 teaspoon ginger paste

1/2 teaspoon black sesame seeds

1/2 tbsp coconut

1/2 cup curd

Salt as required

1/2 teaspoon baking soda

1/2 teaspoon mustard seeds

1 handful of curry leaves

How to make Rava dhokla recipe:

 Step 1:

To make this Rava Dhokla, first take a non-stick pan and fry the semolina (Rava) for one minute. Remove the semolina from the heat and cool it.

 Step 2:

Then take yogurt, sugar, salt, cooking soda, ginger paste and a little oil in a bowl and mix them all.

 Step 3:

Mix all the ingredients with the roasted semolina until it becomes slightly thick and keep it aside for a while.

 Step 4:

Now take a pan and add ghee to it and cook the dhokla in steam for about 20 minutes. Steam the dhokla and keep it at normal room temperature.

 Step 5:

After this, heat the oil in the pan. Fry mustard, sesame, coconut and curry leaves for about 30 to 45 seconds.

 Step 6:

Now put this tadka on dhokla. After this, cut the dhokla into pieces and serve with the sauce of your choice.
