Even though the RAS-2018 recruitment process has been completed by the Rajasthan Public Service Commission and new recruitment has also been removed, but the controversy is not taking its name. Now the matter has reached the court regarding the results released. Its hearing will be held on July 28.
BJP councilor Devendra Singh Shekhawat, a resident of New Colony Adarsh Nagar Ajmer, has demanded action against State Congress Committee President and Education Minister Govind Singh Dotasra, his Samadhi Churu District Education Officer Ramesh Chandra Poonia, his son Gaurav Poonia and daughter Prabha Punia. For this, a complaint was filed in court.
Shekhawat told in Istgasse that the RAS exam results taken by the Rajasthan Public Service Commission Ajmer in the year 2018 were released in July 2021. In which Gaurav and Prabha were selected. His father Ramesh's date of birth is 5 September 1961 and on 8 December 1993, he became the headmaster. He was promoted at the age of 32 years 3 months 3 days.
Because of this, Gaurav and Prabha do not come under the category of OBC. While both are selected in the RAS exam under the OBC quota, they are not entitled to avail the same. Ramesh got both the fake certificates made on the basis of wrong documents and fake affidavits. Ramesh conspired with his Samadhi Dotasara to get his son and daughter selected in the RAS 2018 examination.
Dotasara misused his ministerial post of President of Rajasthan Pradesh Congress Committee, taking effect from the chairman and members of Rajasthan Public Service Commission, and got Gaurav and Prabha by colluding equal marks in written papers and 80% in the same manner inside the interview.
Accused Ramesh, Gaurav, and Prabha colluded with the officers and employees of Rajasthan Public Service Commission by making fake OBC certificates on the basis of coded documents. Gaurav and Prabha got the job of RAS in the State Public Service Commission. However, Dotasara misused his state president and minister's post to get the brothers and sisters of his son bride selected in the RAS 2018 examination.
Shekhawat has demanded from the court that the documents were prepared by the accused in connivance by misuse of office-effect, political clout. However, the undue advantage was obtained by using it in the office of the State Public Service Commission, Jaipur Road Ajmer.
This act comes under the category of a serious offense, so immediate action is required. Which comes under the jurisdiction of Police Station Civil Line Ajmer. Therefore, the Hon'ble Court has jurisdiction to hear. In such a situation, the Hon'ble Court should take immediate cognizance and take appropriate action against the accused. Alternatively, orders can also be given to register a case by sending it to the police station, Civil Line.
